How long does it take to set up?

Most setups are running within two to three weeks. We map the job first, then build. You get a test run before anything goes live.

Will this work with Xero, my CRM or simPRO?

If you're already using it, there's a good chance we can connect it. We'll tell you on the call if something is out of scope.

What happens if it breaks or my tools change?

That's what the retainer is for. We watch it and fix it. Tool updates, API changes, new fields. All on us.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You tell us how your week works. We handle the rest.

Can you write Excel macros or VBA for us?

Macros and VBA run inside Excel on one machine. We work with cloud automations that run in the background regardless of whether Excel is open. Most businesses get better results from a cloud flow than a macro that breaks when someone opens the file on a different PC.
